Shipping Terms & Conditions
All items are shipped in a brown or white package with nothing on them but the shipping label. No one not even the postman can tell whats in your package.
One to Two Day Handling
We strive to ship all orders received before 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Fridays will be shipped out no later than Monday. This includes orders made on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders are shipped from Broomfield, Colorado. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver and USPS unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges.
All orders have tracking numbers. Your tracking number will be included in your order email. If your item did not arrive but you were provided a tracking number, please contact the courier service concerned to arrange re-delivery.
Please ensure all address information you supply is correct since once an item ships, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Note: Even though USPS offers very reliable, expedient service, delays and errors may occur. Omega Pleasure is not responsible for any type of error or delay caused by USPS. These issues can be resolved by contacting USPS directly. We will do what we can to help you under any such circumstances, but we recommend contacting USPS directly using the information provided below.

Undelivered, lost or stolen packages
Any lost, damaged, or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Omega Pleasure. Any packages that are not received, even though the tracking may say delivered, or any case pertaining to any of the issues listed must be resolved with USPS directly by the customer. We do our best to help resolve any and all problems and assist you with anything having to do with your order. Please notify us of any updates or changes you are made aware of.
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to Omega Pleasure within 48 hours from the receipt of goods. A claims form is included with each packing slip.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact your sales representative with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.
